Spark, built by Readdle, tackles email overload from a dual perspective: personal productivity and team collaboration. Its Smart Inbox automatically sorts incoming messages into categories (personal, notifications and newsletters), so what matters stays on top and the noise sits grouped to one side.
The Gatekeeper feature lets you accept or block every new sender before they flood your inbox — an admission filter similar to HEY's Screener, but running on your existing account. Its AI summarises long threads instantly and rewrites drafts, adjusting the level of formality.
For teams, Spark offers real-time draft co-editing, private comments inside an external thread (no forwarding required) and conversation assignment between members. It works on Gmail, Outlook, iCloud or IMAP, with native desktop and mobile apps.
